Office to PDF - ein spezielles Werkzeug für die Umwandlung von Dokumenten aus den verbreiteten MS-Office-Programmen (Word, Excel, Power Point) in Dokumente im PDF-Format. Das Produkt ermöglicht neben der üblichen Erstellung von PDF-Dateien auch die Umwandlung der wesentlichen Eigenschaften einer Office-Datei in die korrespondierenden Objekte eines PDF-Dokuments:
• Beschreibung: Titel, Thema, Verfasser, Stichwörter
• Sicherheit
• Inhaltsverzeichnis, interne und externe Verweise
• Anmerkungen
• Formularfelder
• Kopf- / Fußzeilen
Außerdem sind Eigenschaften der PDF-Datei direkt einstellbar.
Die Umwandlung lässt sich mit Hilfe eines Assistenten mit wenigen Mausklicks durchführen. Verwenden Sie auf Wunsch auch Profile. Sie können entweder die vordefinierten Einstellungen verändern oder eigene Profile definieren, um Ihre Arbeit mit Office to PDF noch komfortabler zu gestalten.
